Blog Rules

There's a lot of fancy words people use to put down others, and tricks maliciously used to post disgusting material to make a dime or two.  We don't want any of it here so please take your negativity and get-rich-quick schemes some place else.

Blogster.com worded it pretty well and we would like to base the ethical use of this blog on that:


The following defines unacceptable content as anything included or linked to, that:

1. is being used to abuse, directly harass, stalk or threaten others
2. is libelous, knowingly false, ad-hominem, or misrepresents another person,
3. infringes upon a copyright or trademark
4. violates an obligation of confidentiality, revealing other people’s personal information, and inciting others to commit violent acts or to violate the Terms of Use
5. violates the privacy of others
6. has nudity, particularly if it is in a sexual context. There are exceptions for some educational, documentary and scientific content, but only if that is the sole purpose of the video and it is not gratuitously graphic.
7. Infringes on copyright laws. It’s essential that everyone on blogster.com respect the copyrights of others by giving credit where credit is due by linking the to the author or site where content was taken.
8. attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity

Treat other users with respect. Do not say anything online that you wouldn’t say in person.
Do not use content that a reasonable person would deem illegal or objectionable (threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racist, etc.) or using hateful or vulgar language (even when concealed by symbols or other characters).
Do not post content that advocates or encourages expressions of violence, bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity.
Do not post violent or gory content that’s primarily intended to be shocking, sensational or disrespectful.
If co-blogsters do not share my opinion on a topic, they may criticize the point of view with respect, and not personally attack individuals.
Do not use names, letters, symbols, images, graphics or other characters that identifies that user for personal attacks.
Do not attempt to harass or contact users who have clearly requested that you cease communicating with them. This does not give you the reason to attack them directly or indirectly in any post or comment area. Respect their decision for blocking/wishing to be left alone.

Violators will be warned once.  Repeat violations will result in blocking you from this blog.
